UW-OSHKOSH HEALTHY TITANS FITNESS PROGRAM
Healthy Titans is dedicated to educating, motivating, and empowering UW Oshkosh employees and their families to make healthy lifestyle choices for optimal health and quality of life. Healthy Titans is open to all University employees, spouses/domestic partners and retirees. Offerings include fitness center membership and personal training with our student clinicians.

6:15-8:00 Tuesday and Thursday only
11:00-1:00 Monday through Friday
3:30-6:00 Monday through Thursday
